Nestled in the lush countryside of Malkerns, Eswatini, our farm was established in 2009 with a vision to grow food and community in harmony with nature. What began as a macadamia orchard has blossomed into a thriving permaculture farm, home to macadamia and avocado trees, organic vegetable gardens, and a team of passionate people who live and work on the land.
We follow Guba’s principles of permaculture—working with nature, not against it. Our farm is entirely free from synthetic chemicals, embracing sustainable, regenerative practices that nourish both the soil and the soul. Many of our staff members live on the farm and practice subsistence farming, adding to a vibrant, self-sustaining ecosystem.
Our macadamia trees—both the smooth-shelled M. integrifolia and the rough-shelled M. tetraphylla—are majestic members of the Proteaceae family, sharing roots with the iconic protea flower. These trees not only provide beautiful spring blossoms and generous shade, but also yield rich, creamy kernels used in our handcrafted macadamia oils and butters, available for purchase at [YYY].
Looking to unplug? We also offer peaceful, self-catering cottages surrounded by nature—perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape from the city.
Come experience the simplicity, beauty, and bounty of life on our farm.
